How our pricing works
Our published rates help you plan your budget before arranging lessons. All prices are in Indonesian rupiah, and we confirm the applicable rate and any additional costs in writing before the first session.
There is no minimum booking and no long-term contract. You can stop after any session. First-session terms sit in the refund policy.
Hourly tutoring options
Standard covers school support for children. Advanced is for workplace English, while Master provides specialist teaching with qualifications matched to your requirements. We explain the appropriate option during your enquiry.

Online sessions are billed at 10 percent below the in-person rate. A 10 percent discount applies for each additional sibling in the family.
Package discounts
Families who book regularly can prepay a block of sessions at a discount. Packages are valid for 12 months and can be shared between siblings. Unused sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, less a 10 percent administration fee.

A prepaid package always works out cheaper per hour than paying session by session at the same tier. The ladder is 5 percent off 10 sessions, 10 percent off 20, and 15 percent off 40, at every tier.
Corporate and hotel training
English training for businesses and hospitality teams is billed per 90-minute session, in three trainer tiers, for groups of up to 12 at your premises. The tier reflects the seniority the programme needs and is named in your written proposal before you commit.

Ongoing weekly programmes carry a commitment discount, invoiced monthly: 5 percent off with a 3-month commitment, 10 percent off with 6 months, and 15 percent off with 12 months. At the Standard tier that works out to IDR 1,140,000, IDR 1,080,000 and IDR 1,020,000 per session respectively; the same percentages apply at every tier. Your programme rates, including any discount, are confirmed in writing before training starts.

What is included
We arrange in-person tutoring in South and Central Bali, including Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur and Denpasar. Amed and Lovina are served online or in person by arrangement. Your written quote confirms coverage for your exact address, whether travel is included and any additional travel cost.

What is not included
A few costs sit outside the hourly rate, and we name them before you agree. Textbooks and workbooks your child needs to own are billed separately. Exam entry fees, set by awarding bodies, are paid to those bodies directly. External specialist assessments, such as an educational psychologist’s report, are arranged and paid separately.
Formal written student assessments are also priced separately from tutoring. A standard assessment runs from IDR 1,500,000 to IDR 2,000,000, a specialist assessment from IDR 2,000,000 to IDR 2,500,000, and a reassessment from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 1,500,000, each quoted before booking.
Payment and terms
You pay per session, or monthly in arrears for regular bookings. We do not ask for a deposit, and there is no long-term contract. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards, and invoices are due within seven days.
Cancel or reschedule free of charge with 24 or more hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full. If the first session is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we refund that session in full; approved refunds are processed within three to five business days to the original payment method.
How to compare tutoring quotes
Compare what each quote includes as well as the hourly rate. Ask about preparation, learning materials, travel, session notes and progress reviews. Check the cancellation and refund terms, and confirm who will help if the tutoring arrangement needs to change.
