Refund terms in plain language: what happens if the first session is not right, the cancellation windows, how unused package sessions are handled, and how to request a refund.
If the first session with a tutor is not right for your child, tell us within 48 hours of that session and we refund it in full. This applies to the first session with each new tutor, so a rematch carries the same protection.
This is a policy about a fair start, not a promise about results. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, and this refund covers the fee for the first session only.
You can cancel or reschedule any session free of charge with 24 or more hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full, because the tutor’s time has been held for your family and cannot be rebooked.
The same rule applies in both directions. If we ever need to cancel a session, it is rescheduled at no cost to you or refunded in full, whichever you prefer.
Prepaid session packages are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be shared between siblings in the same family.
If you decide not to use a package, unused sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, less a 10 percent administration fee. After 30 days, unused sessions remain available as credit for 12 months but are no longer refundable.

You do not need to write a formal letter. Tell us the session or package, the date, and that you would like a refund, and we will confirm receipt. We reply within one working day.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days, back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary, so the credit may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
All amounts are billed and refunded in Indonesian rupiah. If you paid from an account in another currency, the amount you receive reflects the exchange rate applied by your bank at the time of the refund.
