You cannot choose a specific teacher from this page, and that is deliberate. Many of our teachers are fully booked most of the time. The roster shows who we are, not a marketplace shelf to browse.
The Discovery and Matching Coordinator speaks with the family first. She then pairs the child with the educator whose subject depth, teaching style, location and schedule genuinely fit. We reply within one working day, and we propose a tutor profile within 24 hours of your enquiry.
This page exists for transparency. Families deserve to see the team behind the service before anyone arrives at their home. The match itself is still made by a coordinator who knows every educator’s strengths, and who knows which of them has space.
Every profile on this page has passed the same process before a first session with a family: identity verification, qualification checks, references, a demonstration lesson, a background check appropriate to their home country, conduct declarations and child-protection training.
The written profile we send you before booking names the checks completed for that person. Vetting reduces risk; it does not remove it. That is why it sits alongside session notes and a clear way to raise concerns.
Where a teacher’s schedule is full, the card says so calmly: currently fully booked. That is ordinary here. It is also why matching is a coordinator’s job. She finds the available person whose brief still fits, rather than leaving you to hunt through a list.
