This page is for families who need steady academic help without a specialist SEN label: homework that has become a nightly battle, gaps after a move mid-year, or a subject that has slipped behind.

How tutoring helps, and where it stops
Tutors follow your child’s school curriculum, fill specific gaps, and teach study habits that make the next week easier. Sessions are structured and goal-led.
We are tutors, not clinicians — we do not diagnose or treat. If difficulties look like a learning difference needing assessment, we will say so and signpost.
What sessions look like
A typical hour reviews recent classwork, targets one or two sticking points, and previews what is coming next so school feels less surprising.
Parent notes after each session name what was covered and what to leave alone at home.
Matching, school links and fees
We reply within one working day and confirm the expected time for your tutor profile after the discovery call. You read the profile before the first session. We propose a tutor for the subjects and curriculum named in your brief across IB, Cambridge, UK, US and Australian programmes. Sessions follow the published rate card: Standard IDR 500,000 per hour for children, Advanced IDR 800,000 per hour for companies, and Master IDR 1,000,000 per hour for specialist teaching, confirmed in writing before the first session. If the first session is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we refund that session in full.
Boundaries
This is general academic tutoring. Specialist SEN approaches are described on their own pages under the SEN hub.
A clear boundary: If clinical assessment may help more than tutoring, we say so plainly.

Is this different from SEN tutoring?
This page covers general school support. When ADHD, dyslexia, autism or similar needs lead the brief, use the specialist SEN pages.
Can you cover multiple subjects?
Often yes, with one tutor or a small team. Tell us the subjects and year group when you enquire.
Where do sessions take place?
At your home or villa, or online. Your written quote confirms travel arrangements and any additional cost for your address.
How quickly can we start?
We reply within one working day and confirm the expected time for your tutor profile after the discovery call. We agree on the first session once you have reviewed the profile and confirmed the arrangements.
What if the tutor is not the right fit?
Tell us and we change the plan or the tutor. First-session refund terms apply if you notify us within 48 hours.
Where can I see one-to-one school support rates?
