Who this support is for
Non-verbal here means a child who communicates with few or no spoken words, including children who use AAC — picture systems, speech-generating devices, sign, or typing. Intelligence is not measured by speech.
Parents usually write when schoolwork needs teaching that respects their child’s communication system rather than waiting for speech to arrive.
How tutoring helps, and where it stops
Tutors work with the AAC and visual supports your child already uses. Lessons are visual, predictable and paced for processing time. The goal is curriculum access and expressive opportunities through the child’s own system.
We are tutors, not clinicians — we do not diagnose or treat. Speech and language therapy and AAC clinical programmes belong with qualified therapists.
What sessions look like
Sessions use visual timetables, choice boards and the child’s device or book as ordinary lesson tools, not add-ons. Tasks are short, concrete and finishable.
We never force spoken language as the price of participation.
Matching, school links and fees
We reply within one working day and confirm profile timing after the discovery call. Tell us which AAC systems and devices your child uses so we can consider a tutor with relevant experience and explain any limits on the support available. You review the profile and written quote before the first session. Standard tutoring for children is IDR 500,000 per hour, with specialist requirements quoted separately. If the first session is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we refund it in full.
Boundaries
Tutoring is educational. It does not replace speech and language therapy or AAC clinical intervention.

Must my child use a particular AAC system?
We follow what your child already uses. Introducing a new system is a clinical decision, not a tutoring one.

Where do sessions take place?
At your home or villa, or online. Your written quote confirms travel arrangements and any additional cost for your address.
How quickly can we start?
We reply within one working day and confirm the expected time for your tutor profile after the discovery call. We agree on the first session once you have reviewed the profile and confirmed the arrangements.
What if the tutor is not the right fit?
Tell us and we change the plan or the tutor. First-session refund terms apply if you notify us within 48 hours.
